Refund & Cancellation Policy

At UpAesthetic, LLC, customer satisfaction and billing transparency are our highest priorities. Because our software applications provide instant online access and immediate digital processing, we operate under the following clear cancellation and refund policy.

1. Hassle-Free Subscription Cancellation You can cancel your recurring monthly or annual software subscription at any time without fees or penalties:

• Access your account settings or the "Manage Subscription / Billing" section inside your user dashboard.

• Select "Cancel Subscription" via the integrated Stripe Customer Portal.

• Once cancelled, your card will never be billed again. You will continue to retain full access to premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee If you purchase an initial subscription and are unsatisfied with the software performance, or if a technical error prevented you from utilizing the service, you are eligible for a 100% full refund under these terms:

• Your refund request must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial purchase date.

• Send an email to Abdo@UpAesthetic.com including your account email address and payment receipt number.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Recurring subscription renewal charges after the initial 14-day introductory window (renewal notice emails are sent before renewal charges take place).

• One-time digital analysis credits or reports that have already been fully computed and downloaded.

• Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service (such as unauthorized scraping, system abuse, or fraudulent activity).

4. Refund Settlement Approved refunds are submitted immediately via Stripe to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution or credit card provider, the refunded funds typically appear back in your account within 5 to 10 business days.
