• Account Data: Name, email address, and account preferences when registering or contacting us.

• Uploaded Images: Photographs of eyes, faces, or lash profiles that you upload into our tools to generate styling simulations or pattern analyses.

• Payment Information: Billing address and payment card details are collected and processed directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor (Stripe). UpAesthetic, LLC never stores your full card number or CVV code on our servers.

• Technical & Device Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and anonymized interaction analytics.

2. Image Processing & Biometric Integrity We treat user-uploaded images with strict confidentiality:

• Ephemeral Analysis: Images uploaded to our tools are processed in runtime memory solely to compute visual feature landmarks and render the requested simulation or analysis.

• No Unauthorized Training: We do not use your private uploaded photographs to train publicly available AI foundation models without explicit consent.

• Zero Data Commercialization: We never sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your uploaded imagery to data brokers or third-party advertisers.

3. How We Use Data Collected data is used solely to:

• Deliver, operate, and maintain our web-based software applications.

• Authenticate user access and process subscription billing through Stripe.

• Monitor system reliability, prevent automated abuse, and protect security.

• Provide customer assistance and respond to inquiries.

4. Third-Party Service Providers We share data only with infrastructure providers necessary to operate the business:

• Payment Processing: Stripe, Inc.

• Hosting & Cloud Infrastructure: Web hosting, database, and cloud server providers operating with standard security protocols.
